1. Job Title: Executive - Legal Affairs

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities & Context

    • Conduct thorough vetting of title and land documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    • Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and concerns to obtain required documents and address any legal concerns.

    • Prepare legal charge documents such as Mortgages, Irrevocable General Power of Attorney (IGPA), Letters of Undertaking (LoU), and Tripartite Agreements (TPA).

    • Verify legal and land documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws.

    • Manage case files, track case status, and provide necessary updates on ongoing legal matters.

    • Assist in drafting briefs, applications, plaints, complaints, motions, and other necessary legal documents.

    • Represent Viyellatex Group in legal matters before external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

    • Offer sound legal advice to management and employees on various legal matters.

    • Review legal documents, including Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), prepared by third parties.

Requirements:

  • Education
    • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
    • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,Jagannath University students will get preference
  • Experience
    • 3 to 5 years
    • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
      Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Spinning
    Additional Requirements
      • Licensed to practice law from the Bar Association will be given preference
      • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a corporate lawyer
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
